1st ANNUAL CSAHM FOUNDATION BENEFIT
On May 5th 2024, over 115 members of the community came together for the CSahm Foundation's 1st Annual Benefit. Emceed by author Paul Tukey, speakers included Montgomery County councilmembers Andrew Friedson and Laurie-Anne Saylers, Washington Commanders Linebacker Keandre Jones, congressman Jamie Raskin, and comedian Lady ADHD AKA Blaire Postman.
JSSA COMMUNITY HEALTH AND WELLNESS FAIR
The CSahm Foundation was invited to participate in and sponsor the Jewish Social Services Association (JSSA) 2nd annual Community Health and Wellness Fair in September 2024. Through this fair, we connected with other organizations that share the goal of helping the community. They also informed members of the community of their work coaching and tutoring underrepresented youth with ADHD.
unlocking learning potential seminar
On August 2nd, The CSahm Foundation, in collaboration with CLE and Fusion Academy, hosted present a free event for the community. Unlock Your Potential, a back-to-school seminar, showcased information from the most recent research, with keynote talks by neuroscientist & psychologist Dr. Layne Kalbfleisch, and President of the Maryland Psychology Association, Dr. Rebecca Resnick.
BIG TRAIN BASEBALL
On June 20th, The CSahm Foundation partnered with Bethesda Big Train baseball team at Shirley Povich Field to celebrate the continued growth and success of the organization and its learners. The foundation threw out the first pitch, participants enjoyed a picnic and the foundation celebrated being named a community hero for the 2nd year in a row!
MONTGOMERY COLLEGE YOUTH TRANSITION FAIR
In Spring 2023, The CSahm Foundation participated in the Montgomery County Transitions Fair, where they educated attendees about the services provided to support the ADHD community. This event was a fantastic way to spread awareness of the need for the specialized support the foundation provides to the population they work with.
TABANDEH
In partnership with Tabandeh in Chevy Chase, MD, the CSahm Foundation held an event at the boutique. Patrons shopped the boutique’s unique jewelry, clothing, fragrances, bags and shoes. Funds raised from this event went toward furthering the Foundation’s mission.
Friends of Scotland JuneteentH FUNDRAISER
The CSahm Foundation supported the Friends of Scotland in their mission to raise funds to support their community. The foundation was an active participant in the events leading up to their Juneteenth festival, and was grateful to link arms with such a meaningful mission.
trish mcevoy makeup masterclass fundraiser
In Spring 2023, The Csahm Foundation presented, in collaboration with Nordstrom, an event raising funds for the foundation. Participants were treated to light fare and makeup application tips, and a portion of the proceeds from the event went back to furthering support for underserved youth with ADHD.
