Bruce Hughes is the Human Resources Program Manager for BryceTech, an analytics and engineering firm that delivers government program support and business consulting. As an adept organizational change and project management practitioner, he is known for driving change while ensuring financial stewardship.

A native of Chicago, he earned his Bachelor's in Business Administration from Strayer University and his Master of Arts in Adult Education and Human Development from George Washington University. He also holds certifications from the Society of Human Resource Management, the Project Management Institute, and Prosci. He has volunteered previously with non-profits helping underserved students in the DC area. And as a fellow ADHD-er, he is excited to bring his support to the CSahm Foundation.

In his free time, you can find Bruce playing classical piano, reading a thriller, or enjoying a slice of deep-dish, Chicago-style pizza.
